"First time I have ever had to use Emergency Roadside Service. I woke up to a flat tire, and am pleased to say it was a seamless process. I used the App, and within an hour was on my way. I was even referred, where to take my tire to be fixed. For anyone that does not have this service, it is well worth it!!"

"I just wanted to thank Theresa ,Kirts' office manager, for going above and beyond for us. She contacted a retired jewler to get updated information about some valuable pieces we had individually insured. She did this to avoid us the inconvenience of having the pieces reappraised. "Update… I posted a review 5 years ago and I wanted to say that Kirk has continued to be a great business to continue to work with. It is great to have someone with so much experience and a genuine interest in helping others on your side. Original review… I met with Kirk and discussed everything from life insurance to home insurance to small business insurance. What I liked about Kirk is that I didn’t feel like he was going to sell me something I didn’t need. I had some existing insurance and after he reviewed it, he said he couldn’t beat it so he recommended I stick with it. We purchased some other insurance from him because I felt like he had our best interest in mind."
